Return & Exchange Policy

Our return policy is only applicable to the following:

1. Defective and/or Incorrect Item
2. Instock items eligible for exchange if the desired product is available

Defective and/or Incorrect Item

All goods undergo additional steps of quality control before being shipped to you. In the unlikely event that you receive a wrong or defective product, please e-mail us at with a clear picture of the damage within 7 business days after you receive your purchase. 

We will be in touch with you on the next steps to take.

  • All return and exchange processes is subjected to product availability.
    • If item is out of stock, we will issue a full refund of the product value in the form of only¬†store credits for defective or incorrect items received
    • Store credits are valid for 1 year from the date of issue and cannot be applied to discounted products

The following are not considered as defects, and are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • For printed merchandise, print placements will¬†differ from piece to piece due to fabric placements. This is not considered a defective item
  • Slight size¬†differences in size chart (All measurements are subjected to a 0.5" to 1.5" difference)
  • For apparel(s) that are silkscreen printed: Small empty spots and spaces may be missed during screen printing, as it is a manual and hand-pulled technique. As such, small imperfections such as missing dots or tiny spaces¬†may occur.
  • Colour discrepancy due to lighting and other inevitable limitations in photography and tech displays
  • Ordered wrong size or item does not fit well
  • Loose or accumulated fabric threads. As our tees are custom-made and sewn individually from scratch, each piece may have loose or accumulated threads. This is not a defect as it does not affect the wearability of the tee. You may¬†simply cut off any threads if it is uncomfortable
  • Items that have been deliberately damaged to be eligible for returns
  • Items that have become defective after washing/ironing/handling by customers
  • Discounted products

Exchange Policy for Pre Order and/or Instock Item(s)

Pre-Order Items

Pre-order item(s) are not eligible for exchange. For pre-order campaigns, we only produce the exact number of orders received and hence, we do not carry any additional in-stocks.

Instock Items

For instock items, exchange request is subjected to availability of stock for the desired product

  • If¬†desired stock is unavailable, exchanges and/or refunds are not allowed
  • Exchange request have to be emailed to us within 7 business days¬†upon receiving the product (i.e. the date¬†item is delivered)
  • Return items are to reach us¬†within¬†7 business days upon dispatched date. We encourage customers to send their parcels via registered mail
  • Additional shipping fees incurred for return & reshipment will be borne by the customer
  • Items must be returned in¬†their original packaging, with hang tags attached and respective plastic¬†packaging and should not show any signs of being worn

We reserve the right to refuse or reject returns or exchanges if the aforementioned conditions are not met.
