All About Pre-Order Campaigns

*Most of our items run on a pre-order basis. Otherwise, it will be stated clearly as in-stocks.

1. Pre-order campaign goes live

Browse our platform and start placing orders within the campaign period. Typically, each campaign lasts for 1 to 2 weeks.

2. Manufacturing 🔨

When the campaign has ended, we send your orders for manufacturing. This takes approximately another 3 to 5 weeks (excluding the weekend and public holidays) depending on the volume of orders we receive.

We will try our best to expedite the process on our end!

3. We ship to you 📦

Your products get sent to us when they are ready. We pack them nicely and have it delivered to your doorstep as soon as possible. 

While it may take a longer time for the product(s) to reach to you, it will be worth the wait! Please only purchase if you are comfortable with the wait and any unforeseen delays.

What’s a campaign and how long does each campaign last?
This refers to the duration when the campaign will go live on our site. This is when we will be collecting your orders. Usually, each campaign lasts for 1 week. 

Campaign has ended. Then what?
We send them for manufacturing. This takes approximately another 2 to 4 weeks depending on the volume of orders we receive. Status of your orders are regularly updated here. We will try our best to expedite the process. Thank you for shopping slow! 

Can I change sizes and/or colourways?
Order amendments are only possible within the campaign period. Kindly provide your Order # and the desired changes to hello@wackywears.com. Please note that once the campaign period has closed, we're unable to facilitate any changes as manufacturing has already commenced.

What if I have both in-stock and pre-order items within my order?
If you made a purchase on an in-stock item and a pre-order item, your parcel will be dispatched when all items arrive. If you'd like to receive your in-stock items first, please email us with your Order #. Keep in mind that additional shipping fees will apply.
